- Competed in the 1981 and 1982 US Olympic Sports Festival, winning a pair of gold medals

- Member of the 1981 and 1982 US Field Hockey squad

- Was the head field hockey coach at Boston College from 1987-2004

- Led the Eagles to four NCAA Tournaments and Big East Tournaments

- Guided Boston College to postseason championship in 1994, 1997, and 2003

- Selected as the Big East Coach of the Year in 1998

- Selected Northeast Region Coach of the Year in 1994

- Head women's lacrosse coach at Boston College from 1988-1995

- Assistant Director of Athletics, Simmons College, 2005-09

- Assistant Director of Athletics, Winsor School in Boston, 2009-present
