Three-sport student-athlete at Springfield College, competing in football, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field.

Achieved five NCAA Division III All-America honors in track & field, highlighted by four indoor accolades, specializing in the shot put.

Won the NCAA Division III Shot Put Indoor National Championship title in 1999, setting the facility record at Ohio Northern with a throw of 56-feet, 2-inches (17.12-meters).

Set the school record in the shot put with a throw of 58-feet, 8.5-inches (17.89-meters) in 2000 and maintains that record today.

Three-time New England Division III Indoor Shot Put Champion.

Following graduation, served on the coaching staff of the track & field and football teams at Bloomfield High School.

Earned Connecticut Coach of the Year honors and led the football team to three state championships and posted 148 career wins with six straight state finals appearances, and over 100 combined Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Championships, including multiple record-setting title streaks.
