- Two-time national champion and eight-time All-American in women's track & field.

- Set five Springfield College indoor track records in 1986 that still stand: 55 meters(7.14), 55-meter high hurdles (7.99), 200 meters (25.3), 300 meters (40.96) and the pentathlon (3,659 points).

- Holds or shares the SC outdoor track individual record in five events: 100 meters (12.0), 200 meters (24.6), 100-meter high hurdles (13.86), 400-meter hurdles (58.67), and the heptathlon (5,169 points).

- Part of school record-setting teams in the 4x100 (47.7) and the 4x400 (3:50.5) meter relays.

- Captured 1985 NCAA Division II outdoor championship in the 400-meter hurdles.

- NCAA Division II indoor national champion in the 55-meter hurdles in '85.  Also set an NCAA record in that event that stood for 14 years.

- Earned All-American status in five events at the 1986 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships (long jump, triple jump, high jump, 55 meters, and the 55-meter hurdles).

- Single-handedly led SC to a second-place finish at the '86 national championships.

- Two-time All-American in the outdoor 100-meter hurdles (1985 and '86). Also an All-American in the heptahlon and the 400-meter hurdles.

- Member of the U.S. Olympic Festival East Team in '86.
